The Basics

How do I book a class?

We recommend booking online. Although walk ins are always welcome, some classes have limited participation due to limited equipment. We want to provide the best possible class experience so let us know in advance so we can reserve you a spot. Book online on our site, via the mind body app or just give us a call!

Do I need to fill out paperwork?

We request that new clients arrive at least 15 mins in advance of their first class so we can complete registration and get you set up for success. For the safety and enjoyment of other clients, we regret that late arrivals will not be permitted to join the class.

What do I wear?

Please dress in comfortable, athletic clothing (layers are great). If you are cycling, we recommend fitted leggings (no loose pants) or cycling shorts. Clip in shoes equipped with SPD cleats are welcomed, however, running shoes will work too. If you are wearing running shoes to any of our classes, we ask they are CLEAN and DRY. Dirty shoes= burpees. Kidding.... or are we???

What do I bring?

Please show up as you are and just do your best! In addition to bringing your awesome self, we also recommend you bring water bottle and a towel. We offer towels if needed and we have a water filtration station for all the hydration... say that 5 times fast!

**Sharing an extra reminder to please bring CLEAN, INDOOR athletic shoes for fitness classes. Outdoor shoes are not permitted as our goal is to keep our sweat space spic & span without the outdoor ickiness.

For RIDE classes, we provide SPD cleat ride shoes. Riders are encouraged to bring their own ride shoes provided they are clean indoor only shoes. We also sell our favourite ride shoe in our studio pro shop if you’d like to purchase your own pair.

For FLOOR classes (strength, yoga etc), we encourage members to bring a yoga mat. We have loaner mats available if needed.

For RUMBLE classes we encourage participants to bring their own hand wraps and gloves. Loaner gloves are available to use however we do not share hand wraps. Hand wraps are recommended but NOT required. We offer hyabusa & RDX boxing gloves, wraps and accessories in our Studio Pro Shop.

Class Expectations


Our FITRx ladies program runs every 6 weeks with both LIVE class and members only online community complete with fitness and nutrition coaching. Our FITRx LIVE classes take place in the main studio and are open to registered VIP members only. If you would like to join our FITRx program please contact us for more information at


Our RIDE ROOM is dark and the music is loud to help you focus on you, the beat and your bike. We have lights that move with the music so if you feel this may bother you, please notify the instructor in advance. Rides are 45-50 mins long and we ask that riders remain in the Ride Room for the entire class. Riders are encouraged to go at their own pace and take breaks whenever they need/want.


Our flow classes take place in our main studio by candlelight (battery operated but still cool). Please bring your yoga mat.
